Harvested by hand in small boxes of 10 kg, from our vineyards’ grapes planted exclusively in high density at the top of the mountain with and average altitude of 1000m. 100% of the wine has made its malolactic fermentation in barrel.

On the view – pomegranate color
On the nose – floral notes (flower vine, jasmine …) and spicy red fruit such as strawberries and raspberries
In the mouth – silky entrance with good acidity and long finish
Aftertaste – notes of undergrowth, varietal
Comments – This wine was neither filtered or stabilized and sediments may appear . We recommend decanting.
