Pyrenees. Pallars Jussà.
Hand harvested and using small boxes of 10kg. The grapes come exclusively form our single estate high density vineyard, located at the top of the mountain, at an alitutde of 1000m. This wine has been fermented in stainless steel tanks and in stone vats which the Hospitaliers monks used in the XII century. The malolactic fermentation happened in French barrels, where the wine stayed for a total of eleven months.

Notes of currant, cassis and florals.
Silky entry with very polished tannins and a long finish.
Notes of fresh cherry.
To preserve essence and natural aromas this wine has not been filtered nor clarified. The wine will improve in bottle many years.
