COMMENTS
This wine embodies the conflict between acidity and tannins which is particularly pronounced with the Petit Verdot variety. This is one of the reasons why monovarietal wines of this sort are quite rare. Calcareous soils and a precise viticulture and winemaking make possible to find the balance between these sometimes antagonistic notes. This wine will have a complex evolution in the coming years.
